4th ladies’ Tea Party
Our first Tea Party held in 2018 was such a success, and enjoyed by all, that we decided to do it again in 2019! After our 2nd Tea Party we said,”Let’s make this an annual event”. Then,,, COVID hit and we had to put the Tea Party on hold. In 2023, we were excited to announce we were bringing the Tea Party back!

Tim’s Gift Tea Party serves 18 tables with 1 sponsor/hostess per table. Each table seats 8 people. Sponsors will receive tables on a first come first serve basis. This year we will have a theme of “Cradle to Cross
for all tables. Hostesses can decorate their tables based on Jesus’ birth to his death on the cross.

Do you want to sponsor a table?
What does this mean?
To sponsor a table means you will be the hostess of your 8 person table. You will be responsible for getting all 8 guests (including yourself), decoratiing, and providing an 8 piece place setting for the table.
Decorating & Place Setting…
As the sponsor of the table you can decorate your table in any theme you desire, and provide an 8 piece place setting including:
plate (dinner or dessert)
teacup and saucer
tea pot for hot water
cream and sugar bowl, sweetener (sugar/equal)
silverware - tea spoon (fork & knife optional)
napkins
tablecloth and placemats (optional)
pitcher and glasses if your guests would like ice water
work with what you have, place settings don’t have to match
Get Creative! - Decorate with a theme! Provide your table centerpiece and any additional table décor. All colors, themes accepted!

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are in!
Remind your guests to mark the date on their calendars so they won’t miss out! Have them come prepared to bid on the auction items. Ladies are asked to wear a hat of their choice.

How can I attend if I don’t know a sponsor/host?
If you would like to attend we would love for you to join us. Not all hostesses are able to fill their table. Call us at 910-592-1126, and we will place you at a table with available seats.
Come prepared to bid, shop, and wear your hat!
If you do not know a host you may contact us to purchase a ticket for a seat at an unfilled table (if available).
Things ALL attendees should know…
Don’t forget to wear your hat. It is not required, but everyone has a ball with it. Dress-This is not a fancy affair. Guests will wear anything from dress pants to their Sunday finest.
On the menu-deliciousness! We keep it a surprise but it’s gonna be good. Three courses and multiple flavors of tea will be provided.
